Do I need to sign a contract?

No, we don’t require any contracts, you can use our service month by month.

Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?

That's a fantastic question! Firstly, hiring a full-time senior-level designer now commands a considerable amount of your annual costs, not to mention additional expenses for benefits (assuming you can find one available). On top of that, the challenge lies in keeping them consistently engaged, leaving you to cover costs during idle periods.

Our monthly plan addresses this issue by allowing you to pause and resume your subscription as needed. This way, you only pay for your designer when there's active work, offering a cost-efficient and adaptable solution to your unique requirements.

How do I request designs?

Adzept is all about giving you flexibility when it comes to requesting designs through Trello. Clients often choose to submit their design requests directly on Trello, and share Google Docs or wireframes. Essentially, if it's linkable or shareable on Trello, consider it wholly welcomed.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?

Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.

What are active requests?

Active requests are the number of designs we work on simultaneously. You can include more active requests as needed. Contact us and let us know so we can adjust your plan.

Can I submit more than 1 request at a time?

Yes, you can submit as many requests as you might have. We’ll queue them for you and work on them following our first come first served policy.

How fast will I receive my designs?

On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.

How do I use the pause feature?

You may not need the same graphic output each and every month, so we offer the option and convenience of pausing your account for $14.99 per month. We will keep all of your files safe and sound, and you can access any past designs any time.

The pause feature is optional and you can choose to include this feature in your invoice every month, or not.

Billing cycles are structured around a 31-day period. Suppose you sign up, use the service for 14 days, and then opt to pause your subscription. In that case, the billing cycle will be temporarily suspended, leaving you with 17 days of service that can be utilised at your discretion in the future.

What if I only have 1 design request?

No problem! Just include "Add pause feature" to your new invoice and you can pause your account until you have more design work to request.

What programs do you design in?

Most requests are designed using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma. In some cases your print provider may require design files in CorelDraw.

What if I don't like the design?

No worries! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.

Who are the designers?

Here's a surprising fact – Adzept is headed by a senior level graphic designer who partners with a vetted network of like-minded and skilled partner designers.

What is Canva file delivery?

Have a Canva account? We'll work with your resources and deliver designs from Canva and share the design file/s to your account. Just let your designer know what file delivery type you require in your design board.

What is Figma file delivery?

Figma is a great way to access editable design source files from your designer, all in one place. Whether it's social media carousel designs or web landing page designs you've requested, Figma is user friendly. Your designer will share requested designs you made in your Trello design board with you in Figma.

In your first monthly strategy meeting, we'll start by reviewing your current marketing campaign and media buying needs to understand your objectives and challenges. Then we provide expert guidance with strategic insights and leave you with clear, actionable steps to implement, ensuring your marketing efforts are both efficient and effective.

This feature is not a consulting or marketing service but a value-added advisory aimed at enhancing the impact and quality of your campaigns, ensuring that our design work translates seamlessly into successful print and media executions. It's like having a friend in the industry advising you through branding and marketing efforts.

Is there any design work you don't cover?

Indeed. Adzept does not handle the following design endeavours: Complex or fine art illustrations, Interactive PDF documents, 3D / CAD HTML / CSS / app design, UX/UI design, Programming/coding, App Development, Marketing Strategy, Content Development, Copywriting, document design (medical forms, etc.), and extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.)

I have requested an invoice, what happens next?

Once you have paid your invoice you will be notified of your new account via email. You'll then need to open up a free Trello account. When you do, we will then share your new Trello board with you. This is where you can make design requests and view all your subscription details. Click "Client login" at the bottom of our website to reach your Trello account quickly.

Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?

Due to the high-quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
